  • New company setup
  • - Our client needed to setup hundreds of different companies in the Lawson system for each small business they were supporting.  To set up a new company, a Lawson user would have data entry in 500+ Lawson forms across 5 different Lawson business modules. Our solution contained one web application which would input the data into the different GL, AR, AP, HR, PR, PB forms and run multiple jobs.   • New process level setup
  • - Our client needed to setup hundreds of different process levels in the Lawson system for each large businesses they were supporting.  To set up a new process level, a Lawson user would have data entry in 100+ Lawson forms across 5 different Lawson business modules. Our solution contained one web application which would input the data into the different GL, AR, AP, HR, PR, PB forms and run multiple jobs.   • New employee setup - This application allowed a user to input new employees into the one web application which would then take them through setting up the employee record, direct deposit, standard time records, deductions, dependent information,  emergency contact, and taxes.   • Time Record Entry - This application allowed a user to input and manage time records for an entire company, process level, or department from one web form. This eliminated the need to open multiple PR36 or PR35 time entry screens in Lawson for each employee saving a lot of time. Click here to view demo

  • Detail Time Record Entry - This application allowed a user to input and manage department, job and labor distribution time records for an entire company, process level, or department from one web form.   • Payroll Automation  - Our customer wanted to streamline the payroll for their 3000+ clients. They processed 300+ payrolls a day and needed a solution that saved them considerable amount of time. Running a typical payroll in Lawson includes data entry with Lawson Insight Desktop into twenty to thirty or more Lawson jobs. A typical payroll could take three to four hours.   • Void Payroll  - Our customer wanted to be able to void the entire payroll for their clients if an error occurred during the normal processing. A typical voided payroll now could be completed in less than eight minutes rather than days. Click here to view demo.

  • Benefits Setup - Some benefit plans are very complicated to setup. Our customer had a challenge of setting up health, dental, vision and cancer benefit plans for 300 to 400 different companies with a total of 5000 employees. The health plans were complicated by different rate for each state, gender, and age. Add the four different levels of employer contributions and you get a very complicated benefits setup. Using Lawson Insight Desktop for each client, a user would of inputted data into 64 to 128 different Lawson screens across the HR and BN modules. Total work would have been between 1200 to 1500 hours for this particular benefits setup. Our web application consisted of one simple web form for health, and one web form for dental, vision, cancer benefit setup.   • Employee Expense - This application allowed an employee to enter their expenses into Lawson from the web. It also gave managers the ability to approve or reject their employee's expenses without going into Lawson. Click here to view demo

  • Speed Procurement  - Procurement of large amounts of items in Lawson can be an ardous task using the standard RQ10.1, RQ10.2, RQ12.1, PO23.1 and PO20.1.
